The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) includes all women 18 and over who are members of the Catholic Church. One of the many activities of this Council is to coordinate volunteers to work and provide food for funeral lunches and retreats. Additionally, each year the CCW has a Fall Bazaar the 2nd Saturday in November. A craft group spends every Tuesday morning preparing items to sell at the annual Fall Bazaar and following a select number of Masses throughout the year. At the bazaar you can find a bake sale, Children’s Shoppe, crafts, and a quilt raffle. The funds raised through the bazaar and the sale of crafts after Mass go toward the purchase of items for the parish, donations to charitable causes, including pro-life, and scholarships for graduating seniors. Since 1993, the CCW has awarded $80,150 in scholarships.

The CCW holds ‘A Baby Jesus Shower’ annually, featuring a catered meal, door prizes, and fellowship. Items donated at the shower are given to organizations meeting the needs of infants. Also, the CCW is one of the sponsors of monthly birthday parties at Four Winds Nursing Home and Manor. Most CCW meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month. All women of the parish are welcome to the meetings.

The Council of Catholic Women furnish funeral luncheons and use money raised through fundraisers for charitable causes, to meet parish needs, and to award high school senior scholarships.
